Problems With Your Order
You will receive email if we have questions about your order. When we have a question, we are usually unable to make your jewelry until we have an answer. Please give us a working email address when you place your order, and make sure you check your email, including your spam folder since emails sometimes get filtered as spam.
Refunds & Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
We do our best to describe everything carefully, and strive to meet the expectations and full satisfaction of all our customers. Since these are custom orders, we can not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake that is our fault. If the error was our mistake, your piece will be re-made.
However, if you are unhappy with your order for some reason, please contact us so that we can discuss it. If you're not happy - we're not happy!
Changes To Your Order
You have up to 3 hours to make changes to your order. After that time, your jewelry is in production, in order to get it out to you as soon as possible, and we are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please look at your confirmation email as soon as you receive it to make sure that your order is correct.
Please keep your jewelry as clean and dry as possible. Clean your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth or pad.
Your jewelry will arrive in pristine condition. Dragonfly Studio can not be held responsible for the way that your jewelry will look if you mishandle it or don't care for it properly. We want you to love and wear your jewelry! Please feel free to write if you have questions about caring for your jewelry.
Shipping & Delivery
After payment is received, please allow 10-14 days for your stainless steel, sterling silver, and 14K gold plated jewelry to be created prior to shipping, and 5-7 weeks for solid 14K gold and platinum jewelry to be created, prior to shipping. The turn around time on custom orders - items that we don't carry in our shop - will vary. We will give you a time frame when available. During the busy seasons (the months prior to holidays, like Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) it may take longer to create your hand made jewelry before it goes in the mail.
We do our absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner! Please be sure to allow plenty of time from the time payment has cleared for shipment of your order.
During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) the turn around time, and USPS shipping times may also be longer.
Unfortunately, I have no control over your package once I hand it over to the post office. And while I can guarantee that your package will be finished and out of the studio in the proper time frame - I can not guarantee the estimated shipping times from USPS. Dragonfly Studio can not be responsible if your package gets lost or takes longer to get to you than USPS guidelines.
