How do I capture and submit fingerprints, handprints and footprints?
You can use a print that you create now, or use an ink print from a document that you already have.
If you're making prints now: For best results, use a BLACK ink pad and white (unlined) paper. Practice taking prints by lightly touching the inked surface twice and then pressing onto the paper. (Press down straight on the paper - do *not* roll)
If you're capturing a fingerprint, look at all the fingers to find an area that will make an interesting print. It is often the area on the pad of the thumb where the ridges swirl.
Please take a high resolution digital photo of your best print. Make sure there is good lighting and sharp focus for good results.

How do I capture and submit paw prints and nose prints?
A high resolution digital photo is the easiest way to capture your pet's paw or nose prints and there is no mess!
Smart phone photos are perfect. Try to fill up the screen as much as possible with the print that you want to capture. For best results, photo must be in focus with sharp detail with good lighting. Take several photos and send me the best ones.
(Resolution recommendation- 300 dpi or higher or around 2000px x 1500px or higher. If unsure, use the highest resolution setting. JPG format works best)

How do I capture and submit Handwriting and Drawings?
If you're writing or drawing something now: For best results use thick black ink on plain white paper. A fine Sharpie marker works great! You do not need to write small - the handwriting will be resized for the charm.
If we're working with existing handwriting: I can work with almost anything, but dark ink on a plain light background will get the very best results.
Drawings: Simple drawings work best. Remember that any area that is filled in will come out black.
If you have a scanner, scan your handwriting in COLOR and save as a JPG.
If you don't have a scanner, take a high resolution digital photo of the handwriting. For best results, the photo must be in focus with sharp detail with good lighting.
